I’m an internationally accredited executive coach with a mission to turn high performers into strategic, people-centred leaders and build inclusive cultures where organisations and their people thrive.

I know this cost well as I spent over 20 years navigating the pressure, politics and pace of high-stakes financial environments.

Beyond my practice, I’m deeply committed to advancing gender equity and inclusive leadership. I’m currently completing a Master’s in Philanthropic Studies at the University of Kent, strengthening my work at the intersection of leadership, equity and social impact.
