I’m an internationally accredited executive coach with a focus on leadership capability, organisational performance, and people-centred cultures.
I partner with financial services organisations to address a costly leadership gap: high performers stepping into leadership without the strategic capability, influence, or support required to deliver results through others. This gap weakens succession pipelines, slows execution, and undermines culture.
I spent over 20 years navigating the pressure, pace, and politics of high-stakes financial environments. That experience informs a methodology that blends leadership psychology, strategic performance, and behavioural science with commercially grounded practicality.
My work develops leaders who think strategically, communicate with clarity, lead with emotional intelligence, and influence across functions. The aim is to strengthen performance, accelerate progression, and build leadership cultures that retain high-performing talent.
Alongside individual leadership development, I partner with organisations to advance women into senior roles through sponsorship, leadership capability-building, and ecosystem change. This work focuses on closing progression gaps, strengthening succession, and improving organisational resilience.
I also work with ambitious professionals navigating demanding career paths who want to accelerate their leadership trajectory, influence effectively, and step into roles of greater impact.
I hold a Master’s in Philanthropic Studies, which strengthens my work at the intersection of leadership, equity, and social impact, and I remain committed to advancing inclusive leadership as a strategic lever for performance, culture, and organisational outcomes.
